Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates about your shipment’s journey. It usually takes 7 to 14 working days for it to be delivered. Due to the recent popularity of some of our products on Facebook, our inventory sells out fast and we had ship your order straight from our warehouse overseas. But don’t worry, our process includes a product quality control, we make sure everything’s 100% before we ship.
How do I create an account?
Accounts are automatically created when you purchase, but you can create your own account from the my account page.
How do I change my shipping address?
Because of our fast dispatching times, you will only have 72 hours to change your shipping address. Should you request to change your shipping address please call us or email us at support@MajorOutdoorFun.com
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an update through your email with a tracking code. You can then track your parcel here: Track Your Order 
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No, we promise to not keep your credit card information on file. We take your privacy very seriously.
I have not received my order as yet?
If you have not yet received your order within 4 weeks, please contact us immediately. You may also contact your local post office if your parcel has arrived. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping address and phone numbers provided by you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We provide the lowest possible shipping fees starting at $3.95. We may also offer free shipping occasionally.
Will my items come in one package?

Where will my items be sent from?
Our primary warehouse is in Asia, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United States and Canada.
How do i return a item?
Please contact our customer service via our Contact Us page to help if we can solve the problem together first. In most cases, items can be returned within 30 days.
Please contact us before returning the item, or we will refuse to deal with it.
My package was damage during shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier.
Wii i be charge customs & duty taxes?
All of the items displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on the country you live in, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order and fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
